The use of the Website and the content and information available on the Website and provided during courses (the "Services") is subject to acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The terms "you", "your", "user" and "users" refer to all users of our Services.

Services: The term Services, as used herein, includes, without limitation, meditation, breathwork and yoga classes, courses, and tutorials, movement tips, podcasts, meal plans, email services, links, downloadable materials, reference materials, community features, and any other service which may be accessed through any medium or device now known or hereafter developed and available on the Website, or distributed via e-mail, or any other Our accounts. You understand and agree that the Services may include certain communications from Service Provider, such as service announcements, marketing and administrative messages.

1.1. By accessing and using our content and services (the "Services"), whether through our website, mobile application, or other platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our Services.

1.2. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Such changes will take effect on the date they are posted (i.e., the "Last Update Date" of these Terms and Conditions). Your continued use of our Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. You should review these Terms and Conditions regularly. 3.1. Our Services provide online and mobile self-reflection, journaling, meditation, mindfulness, sleep and movement content in the health & wellness space. We are not a health care or medical device provider, nor should the content of our Website and Services be considered medical advice. Only your physician or other health care provider can do that. The content is intended for informative purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. While there is third party evidence from research that Hormone Yoga Therapy can assist in the prevention and recovery process for a wide array of conditions as well as in improving some performance and relationship issues, Service Provider makes no claims, representations or guarantees that the Service provides a physical, psychological, or therapeutic benefit.

3.2. You acknowledge that: You are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from practicing yoga. You have consulted with your healthcare provider before starting any practices. You understand that Hormone Yoga Therapy and certain practices are not suitable during pregnancy, menstruation, if suffering from high blood pressure, heart conditions, hernias, endometriosis, severe anxiety or depressions, or have cancer or cancer history, or specific medical conditions. This list is not exhaustive, and other conditions may also contraindicate practice. You will immediately stop any practice that causes discomfort or pain. You assume full responsibility for your health decisions. Content is for general information only. No professional-client relationship is created. We are not liable for any health consequences. You participate at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY HEALTH-RELATED CONTENT.

5.1. Payment Terms: Various access tiers are available at our sole discretion. All fees are payable in advance in full. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance for existing subscribers. All payments must be processed through our authorized payment processors. Failure to pay any fees when due may result in immediate access suspension. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and third-party charges. Promotional offers may be revoked if we determine eligibility requirements are not met.

5.2. Subscription and Access: Access is granted only after payment confirmation. Subscription term begins on the date of purchase. Access rights are non-transferable. Sharing accounts or access credentials will result in immediate termination without refund. We reserve the right to offer or discontinue any payment plans or access tiers. Unused portions of the subscription period are non-refundable.

5.3. Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase only. No refunds for subscription renewals. No refunds after accessing more than 30% of content. Refunds are at our sole discretion. When granted, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Administrative fees may be deducted from any refund. Processing time up to 10 business days. Misuse of refund policy may result in account termination. Refunds may be denied for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

General Disclaimers: THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations and warranties relating to our Services and content, including but not limited to: any inaccuracies or omissions, warranties of merchantability, quality or fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy or completeness, non-infringement, or any implied warranties from course of dealing or usage of trade. While we may use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. We have the total right to edit or delete any content within our Services, without notifying you.

Technical Disclaimers: We do not warrant that the Services will be accessible at all times, be uninterrupted or timely, be secure or error-free, or be free from computer viruses or other invasive or damaging code. 10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by United Arab Emirates and Dubai International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates, and all proceedings will be conducted in English.

10.2. Dispute Resolution: Parties will attempt amicable resolution first (30-day negotiation period required). We retain the right to seek legal remedies in any appropriate jurisdiction as needed.
